Newly renovated, modern, guest house located on 20 acres of a private estate at the base of the Gunks. This private, fully renovated 1 bed/1 bath is the perfect retreat. Located a short scenic drive from Minnewaska State Park (8 mins), Mohonk Preserve (5 mins) & New Paltz Main Street (15 mins). Centrally located for easy access to many trails, orchards, wineries, farm stands, swimming holes and lakes. Also easy access to Stone Ridge, High Falls, Rosendale, Kingston, Woodstock & Hudson.

This clean, newly renovated, modern, 1500 sqft, private retreat has a giant main room, with barn like vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams. Modern newly renovated kitchen with a Bertazzoni stove, fully stocked kitchen great for cooking. Living room has a huge large L shaped Room & Board sofa, ping pong table with paddles / balls and board games. Plus lots of additional open space. A great space for kicking back after a day on the trails, or exploring the area. A modern newly renovated private bathroom w/ Miele washer / dryer and large primary bedroom w/ plush king size bed, memory foam mattress w/ fresh linens. Views of the Gunks from the living room sliding doors. Forest views from the bedroom & kitchen. Lots of natural light from the 8 large kitchen windows. Polished concrete floors, plus additional powerful HVAC units in both the main room and bedroom. Kick back after a long day of hiking and exploring the region in front of a 85" Sony Smart TV with endless movie channels, Netflix, HBO etc.. or get competitive with ping pong or board games. Enjoy an evening under the stars by fire pit (Breeo Smokeless Pit) w/ adirondack chairs. We try to provide a few logs & kindling fire starters but you might want to get some more on your own. We recently added a BBQ and tools now that the weather is changing. The guest house is located on 20 acres of a private estate. The main house is next door about 30 yards away where the owners live full time. There is a long winding, circular, shared driveway. Parking is separate as the driveway splits per property. Enjoy your own private smokeless fire pit and charcoal BBQ with x2 adirondack chairs. IMPORTANT: Please understand that along with being a cabin nestled in the woods you may experience bugs, both inside and outside. The cleaning crew do their best, along with regular pest control service maintenance.

Nearest service stations in Gardiner or New Paltz (15 mins away) In winter months there is a plowing company that comes every snowfall to plow the entire driveway and the town plows / salts the roads pretty frequently.
